Conveniently situated just a short stroll from the L train, this newly crafted studio ensures an unparalleled audio and video experience with its soundproof walls and panels, promising nothing short of exceptional quality. Occupying a Penthouse with a versatile array of production spaces, our studio offers flexibility with rearrangeable furniture, catering to diverse production styles. The expansive room features natural light for daytime shoots through its large window, complemented by 8-foot ceilings and elegant hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, in-house video lighting equipment, curtains blackout capabilities, a wardrobe complete with a steamer, and walls with both smooth and textured surfaces for a myriad of shoot concepts and seasonal props are available. The living room area houses a private restroom, lounge, and private studio internet wifi, providing a comfortable and exclusive environment. A spectrum of productions, including Film, Interviews, Social Media Reels & Lives, Commercials, Online Business production shoots, Zoom meetings, and Food Presentations.
