THE STUDIO The Studio is a creative space in the Flatiron District area of New York, offering a 1250sq ft Penthouse of production space for various shoots and creative projects. The Studio features; large windows facing north-southeast that provide natural light all day, black-out capabilities, smooth walls textured walls for versatile shoot concepts, and a wardrobe rack with a steamer. It also includes a restroom, a refrigerator, a microwave, a lounge area, a full makeup vanity with seating, private studio internet wifi, seasonal props, available furniture, and an office table area. STUDIO RENTAL The Studio is available for full-day, half-day, and hourly rentals for various productions, including photo shoots, filmed interviews, commercials, online business production shoots, and Zoom online productions such as food, podcasts, and recording music. Our studio has provided services to brands such as Sony Records, Atlantic Records, Snapchat, Wilhelmina, FreshDirect, and more. LOCATION & ACCESS Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Flatiron, the Studio is close to restaurants, food markets, delis, bars, and nightlife. It is within walking distance of public transportation, including the L train and several bus lines. The building provides an elevator for easy access to the Studio, and free street parking after 6 pm is available. The project manager should arrange studio pickups for sets, props, and furniture at the end of production or with the studio manager the next day.
