Included in the hourly rental fee is a quality selection of professional lighting and grip equipment. 1000 Square Feet [total space], sectioned into a large open loft production space, a spacious kitchenette / dining area, and a private in-studio bathroom. The space has dedicated heat and air conditioning. Street parking is available; alternately, there is a parking garage half-block away. The space is located on third floor of a walk-up commercial building (no elevator).
