Loft in Flatiron
Loft is unique in that it feels more like home than an event space. Our 2,400 square foot loft is divided into two areas by a semi-private parlor style wall. Our entire space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests while our Conference / Gaming Room is perfect for entertaining groups of 10-30 people.
Our carefully selected furniture, including seven comfortable couches, are available for use at no additional charge. Most clients see no need to rent additional furniture for their events.
CONFERENCE ROOM / GAMING ROOM - Our semi-private Conference/Card Room is perfect for hosting a card game, relaxed meeting or intimate cocktail party for 10-30 people.
LIVING ROOM- Entertain up to 100 more guests in our uber private lounge. When using the conference/gaming room, the entire space is yours.
ROOF DECK - we just built out our roof deck! Great for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies with a view of the flatiron building! The venue to hire seats 100 for dinner party.
